Improve quality of life for the Navajo Tribe

The Navajo tribe, like countless other Native American tribes have been treated beyond unfairly. Their reservation is large, and there are only a small amount of hospitals, grocery stores, and there isn't any electricity or running water. I am making this petition so that this tribe gets the human rights they've deserved from the start.

Girls are also getting raped and kidnapped, there is no paved roads, or even any medical assistance when the tribe needs it. This is a serious issue and something that definitely shouldn't be happening.

I was made aware of these issues by @lilnativeboy on twitter, and I wanted to do everything I could.
